Got referred by Dr. Ang from Malacca after my dad’s IOL surgery. I brought my dad for a follow-up review because he was experiencing blurred vision. Dr. Chai was very professional and gave detailed explanations about the cause of the blurred vision. He even called Dr. Ang personally to better understand my dad’s medical history so he could make an accurate diagnosis. Dr. Chai provided good recommendations and even thought of a Plan B for us. The clinic environment is clean, chill, and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have very advanced eye examination machines for check-ups. I strongly recommend this clinic.

I had my eyes Custom Lasik surgery done at Vista Eye Specialist Sutera Utama a year ago under Dr. Chai, and I recently went back for a follow-up check. I’m very happy to share that everything is in excellent condition—my vision is stable, and there have been no noticeable issues at all. It’s truly reassuring. Before the surgery, I had my fair share of worries and hesitation, just like most people. But the entire process turned out to be much easier and smoother than I expected. The procedure itself was very quick, and I experienced minimal discomfort. With proper post-op care as advised, I was able to return to my daily routine quite fast. Dr. Chai’s professionalism genuinely impressed me. He explained everything clearly before the surgery and patiently answered all my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence. The whole team was also very attentive and caring—from the initial consultation to the surgery and follow-up visits, I always felt well taken care of. The biggest change after LASIK is the freedom from glasses and contact lenses. That “visual freedom” is something I truly appreciate every single day. If you’re considering vision correction surgery, I would highly recommend Vista Eye Specialist. For me, it was definitely the right choice.
