Drawing inspiration from the Malaysian phrase ‘Sedap’, which means ‘delightful’. Sedap is a stylish restaurant just off the Pullman lobby. Chefs cook up an array of Malaysian and international dishes in front of diners – live cooking stations featuring flaming stove tops. It’s an experience for all the senses.
Open daily, from 6:30am until 10pm, Sedap tempts locals and travellers with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks served à la carte. Breakfast is available from 6:30am until 10:30am, with a selection of Asian and Western choices.
The restaurant serves all day dining à la carte menu, Seafood & Steamboat Dinner Buffet on Saturdays and Family Fun Lok-Lok High Tea Buffet on Sundays and Public Holidays. Children aged 6 and below dine for free with a paying adult.
This lively restaurant is the perfect spot for a coffee break, quick bite and relaxed meal – almost any time of the day or night.

The food served at Sedap is good for a 4-5 star establishment. But we had the most wonderful breakfast dining experience being well looked after by our server, Isa; it’s been a while since we can find someone as passionate and dedicated to his job. Isa is definitely an asset to the hotel.

Sedap Restaurant is no longer just selling food itself, but an experience that makes people feel “well cared for, healed, tasteful, and connected to a beautiful lifestyle” — what people nowadays often call “emotional value.” Today, I had a wonderful breakfast here, and what I was really paying for was: * A sense of relaxation * A sense of ritual and enjoyment * The feeling of being pampered * Social sharing value * The psychological satisfaction of “I deserve this” Isa is a very special staff member. Wearing a red cap, he walks around helping guests, serving, and introducing the freshly baked croissants he has prepared. Personally, I am a traveler who enjoys trying breakfast at different hotels, and I am truly very satisfied with this breakfast experience.

Fantastic service and breakfast experience at hotel lounge (Sedap restaurant).. I’ve always look forward to breakfast here whenever In KL. Felt very touched and warm by personalised service of ISA. He will be dressed in French outfit, serving warm croissants to guests with his big smile. Super delicious croissants that I always buy extra for pack away. Highly recommend.
