This is my second time coming here, and I love the service by Rita! I’ve been loyal to Dr. Ko since 2021, but only now do I feel fully satisfied with my facial experience, thanks to Rita!

I visited Dr. Ko's clinic in Masai for the first time, clearly stating to the reception staff that I was there for an acne scars facial or a hydrating facial. I was then taken inside for a consultation with Dr. Shantini, who offered me several packages. However, I decided to stick with my initial purpose for the visit and put the packages on hold. Later, the receptionist charged me RM60 for the consultation fee, even though neither I nor the staff had discussed needing a consultation. The receptionist later apologized and showed me a notice stating that the consultation fee without medication is RM50. I was unsure why I was charged an additional RM10 for what amounted to a 5-minute discussion with the doctor. After reconsideration, Dr. Shantini agreed to adjust the fee to RM50. I am sharing this feedback not because of the cost but to highlight that I am well-acquainted with my skin and seek out dermatologists specifically for targeted treatments, rather than general facials. My visit was not for skin issues, rashes, or vitiligo, and not everyone needs a consultation. I have extensive experience with dermatological treatments over the past 10 years, including laser and facial treatments. Adding on, visit Dermatologist was not my first time tho. In the end, I paid RM50 for consultation (hard sell) which I have not agreed, was not informed too, and no actual treatment, which felt unnecessary.

Significant improvement for my acne scar 👍🏻 Dr Lim consultation was very detail and he was very gentle when doing the treatment as well. Highly recommend to anyone who want to treat acne scar 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
