I cannot thank Dr. Ko and his team enough for literally saving my face and my career. Working in the customer service industry in Singapore, my appearance is vital, and I was devastated after suffering a second-degree burn from a Thermage treatment. Despite seeking help in Singapore, my condition worsened, developing slough and a secondary infection. In a state of total depression and frustration, I decided to fly back to Malaysia to consult Dr. Ko at the headquarters. It was the best decision I ever made. They treated the wound with extreme care, using stem cell injections and monitoring my progress closely .The improvement has been dramatic. Dr. Ko didn’t just heal my skin; he healed my spirit during a time when I feared my career was over. If you are suffering from a serious skin injury, do not hesitate—fly back to see the experts here. I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the nurses at the pharmacy counter today. When I was called to collect the medication, I first asked who the cream was for. She loudly said my name, loud enough for the whole clinic to hear, which felt unprofessional and careless about patient privacy. I then explained that there was supposed to be a cream for my son. She asked for my son’s name and only then managed to find it. When I asked about the pills I had requested, she told me there were none. I insisted that I had already informed the doctor, and only after I pushed did she make a call to check. Once the doctor confirmed that the pills had indeed been prescribed and forgotten, she finally toned down her voice. I have been using medication services at this clinic for over 10 years, and this is the first time I’ve experienced service at this level. Very disappointing.
