  I brought my father as a walk-in patient to Vista Eye Specialist Straits Residence Penang after he complained that his vision had become blurry and he was unable to see clearly. From the beginning, the experience was very pleasant and professional. We were attended by consultant Ally, who patiently explained the specialist centre’s services, facilities, and the comfortable environment. Her friendly and helpful explanation gave me confidence to register my father for further eye examination here. After several eye tests, we met Dr. Hazel. She was very patient, caring, and professional in explaining my father’s eye condition. She clearly explained that the issue was related to cataracts and provided her recommendations sincerely and professionally. After understanding the condition and treatment options, I agreed to proceed with the procedure at this specialist centre. After the consultation with Dr. Hazel, Ally further introduced and explained the different ranges of lens options available, allowing patients to choose based on their personal preference and economic consideration. I found the explanation very clear, thoughtful, and transparent, without any pressure. The procedure was fast, safe, and smooth. My father did not feel any pain or discomfort during the process.   I brought my dad for his eye check-up at Vista Eye Specialist, and honestly we had a really smooth and pleasant experience. The whole process was quite well arranged, so we didn’t feel confused or rushed at any point. The staff were very kind and helpful throughout our visit. They guided us step by step and were very patient with my dad, especially when he needed a bit more time moving around. That small gesture really meant a lot to us. My dad was seen by Dr Hazel, and she was really good. She explained his condition in a simple and clear way, so it wasn’t difficult to understand. What I liked most was that she didn’t rush and took time to answer all our questions properly, which made us feel more at ease. The clinic itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. The environment feels calm and suitable, especially for older patients, so it didn’t feel stressful for my dad. Overall, it was a very good experience for both of us.
