    Massive regrets choosing Vista Eye Specialist for my LASIK. Paid private clinic prices, got public hospital vibes — long waits, chaotic scheduling, and zero sense of urgency. The LASIK process here requires multiple pre-treatment visits spread over an extended period thanks to how heavily booked they are. Each visit? Kiss your entire day goodbye. The waiting times are brutal and the overall workflow feels completely unmanaged for what’s supposed to be a specialist centre. There’s a big gap between what they charge and what they actually deliver. “Specialist” implies a certain standard — Vista isn’t meeting it. If you’re considering LASIK in Vista, do yourself a favour and look elsewhere. Comparable pricing, far better experience available in Singapore or KL.

    I did my ICL surgery at Vista Mount Austin with Dr. Adrian Chuah, and the experience was excellent. Dr. Adrian was very patient and caring, and the whole team was gentle and professional throughout the entire process. My recovery went very smoothly — I was able to see clearly, and my vision reached 1.0 the very next day. I would definitely recommend Dr. Adrian and the Vista Mount Austin team to anyone considering ICL surgery. I also have a friend who did LASIK surgery here, and his recovery went very well too.

    Had a great experience bringing my 5-year-old daughter for her eye check-up at Vista Mt Austin with Dr. Chuah. He is very skillful and incredibly patient with kids, which made the whole process much smoother and less stressful. The staff were also very helpful and friendly throughout our visit. Although the waiting time was a bit long due to the eye dilation procedure, it was definitely worth it for the quality of care we received. A nice bonus—they even provide a free-flow 3-in-1 coffee machine while you wait, which made the time pass more comfortably. Overall, a very positive experience!
