    Was waiting in line when Grace (if I’m not wrong) politely invited us to check in at the Club Lounge. Very polite and fast check in. Room was clean and spacious to perform prayers. Though the pillow was a bit too hard. Had neck issues the next morning. Hotel gym is well equipped and pool was clean as well. Breakfast is great with wide selection. Easy to walk to Pavilion mall via Banyan which is located exactly beside Pullman.

    I made a reservation for a family dinner at Sedap Restaurant, and the service provided was truly excellent. The staff members, Arif, Asyraf, Reza, and Hari, were exceptionally warm, attentive, and professional. They made us feel very welcome and created a memorable dining experience for our family. The food was premium in quality, delicious, and beautifully prepared. Every dish was enjoyable, and the overall experience was definitely worth it. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again.

    I had a great stay during my three-day event. The room was well equipped with everything I needed, including an iron and a coffee maker. The meeting facilities were comfortable, and the coffee breaks were excellent with plenty of delicious options. The location is also very convenient, close to shopping malls and the Conlay MRT station. I would happily stay here again.
