1. What is Pico Laser?
Pico Laser is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses picosecond laser technology to target various skin concerns. It delivers ultra-short pulses of light energy to the skin, which helps break down pigmentation and stimulate collagen production without damaging surrounding tissues.

3. How often do I need to do Pico Laser?
For solar lentigines, freckles, one or two times may be enough. But if it’s a more persistent problem such as acne scars and tattoo removal, then you may require at least 3 times and above.
4. Is one session of Pico Laser enough?
The number of sessions depends on the skin problem. Typically, for freckles, 1-2 sessions will be sufficient to see results as freckles are quite superficial. However, for scars, tattoos, and other pigmentation issues, generally, it would be recommended that the patient undergoes at least 4 sessions to see an improvement.
5. What is the downtime of Pico Laser?
Different Pico Laser machines have different downtimes, and of course, it depends on the skin problem as well. Usually, the downtime is about 1-2 days. If the indication is scars, then the downtime can be up to 3-5 days.

This was my second visit to this clinic for acne facial and laser treatment and I can confidently say both experiences have been amazing especially the second one with the esthetician, Bivia (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly 😅) She gave me such a pleasant and calming experience. Extractions are usually very painful and uncomfortable for me but Bivia was incredibly gentle and careful with my sensitive skin. I truly appreciate her touch and would highly recommend requesting her if you’re visiting. Dr. Theresa is also an absolute pleasure to be treated by. She is very knowledgeable and only suggests treatments that are genuinely necessary which I really value. My skin has improved so much and I genuinely look forward to my next visit. And a huge plus point there is absolutely no hard selling here. I’ll definitely be recommending this branch to everyone!

Lovely service from Rachelle! She carefully explained the different promotions available and advised me on which option would suit me best. Dr JM was also great at explaining why acne starts, how to prevent it, and what I should focus on for my skin. I feel much clearer and more confident now, and I’ve decided to purchase the treatment plan for my next session. Highly recommend!

I’ve been visiting this aesthetic clinic for more than a year, and my experience has always been excellent. The service here is consistently good — the nurses are very gentle, polite, and make me feel comfortable every time. My attending doctor is Dr. Jeremy. He is not only professional but also very kind and patient. He always takes the time to explain each treatment clearly, and during the procedures he is very gentle and does his best to minimize any discomfort. Most importantly, this clinic never hard-sells, which makes the whole experience feel trustworthy and pleasant. I’m very satisfied with their service and will continue coming here. Highly recommended!
