    Took my 6 months here for early eczema. My baby healed significantly fast in 2 weeks after the 1st appointment using products recommended by Dr Eddie. Thank you Dr Eddie for the treatment and excellent service!

    I had a really great experience at here. The service was excellent and the dr and staff were very professional and attentive. They made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Highly recommended!

    This experience happened about two years ago, so I’m not sure if they have new staff now or if things have improved. At that time, I honestly didn’t like the attitude of the staff. They didn’t seem friendly and it felt like they looked down on certain customers. I noticed they were happily chatting and laughing among themselves, but when serving customers, their service felt cold and uninterested. In my opinion, front desk staff should treat everyone with respect and professionalism. It also seemed like they treated customers differently based on appearance if someone looked “rich,” they gave better service. If not, they were less attentive. Every customer who walks into the shop has potential value. Even if someone is just checking prices, they might return to make a purchase later. First impressions really matter. I hope things have improved since then.
