I had a very unpleasant stay at Crystal Crown Hotel Harbour View Port Klang with my child, and unfortunately, it was one issue after another. First and most concerning, the tap water in the room appeared dirty, and shortly after using it, my child suffered from several days of diarrhea. This is extremely alarming and unacceptable for any hotel, especially for families with young children. On top of that, we found cockroaches crawling around the bedroom, including near the bed. This raised serious concerns about hygiene and cleanliness and made it very uncomfortable to stay in the room. The staff service was also disappointing. Some staff were not friendly, and at times they were unresponsive when issues were raised. This only added to the frustration when dealing with multiple problems during our stay. During the daytime, there were constant drilling and renovation noises from the floor above, which completely prevented me from getting any rest and was extremely annoying and disturbing. To make matters worse, there was loud music playing outside near a nearby park late into the night, making it very difficult for my child to sleep. Overall, this hotel failed badly in cleanliness, safety, service, and comfort. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to families, and I will not be returning.

A decent hotel and has alot of potential for 4 or 5 star ratings. Our room was booked by an agent for SGD 170 dollars for 2 nights which was quite steep for that. Staff members were great and is a plus point.

The room has poor sound proofing so if someone snooze in the next room, you can hear it clearly. So you may need ear plugs for a good night rest. The WiFi is available but the signal is terrible and the staff can't do much about it, so you would need to use your own data SIM service.
